On one sunny March day, I decided to do a one day drive marathon around the Olympic Peninsula, visiting Olympic National Park. I visited Madison Creek Falls, along the Elwha River, the Hoh River, and the section of Highway 101 where the road meets the beaches. It was a long day, but oh, so worth it!

The Hoh Rainforest, featuring the Hall of Mosses Trail and the Spruce Nature Trail offer 2 1/2 miles of easy walking under the forest canopy. It's beautiful and lush.
And finally, a stop at Olympic Beaches. First Stop was Ruby Beach, then Kalaloch, then Beach Number 1.
